Ubuntu Nexus Group is incorporated in Luxembourg as a SARL-S, operating across Benelux, Switzerland, and West Africa (Bénin, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, Sénégal). The group is structured around five complementary divisions — Trading, Advisory, Foods, Arts, and Events — each autonomous, each contributing to a shared vision: being the trusted partner between Africa and Europe.
